Open to all, and participation is encouraged! Results of this meeting will be utilized in determining the effectiveness of current regulation and whether any change is needed. Meeting will be recorded.
We invite your input as we share current information/pros and cons. Speakers include county staffer charged with enforcement and local folks who own and manage vacation rentals.

August's CCAC Meeting is Wednesday August 7th @ the Cayucos Vets Hall - HYBRID
The next Cayucos Citizens' Advisory Council (CCAC) meeting will be Wednesday, August 5th, 2026 at 7 p.m. in the Vets Hall (Cayucos Landing) and via Zoom.
Public Safety Meeting August 5, 4:00 - 5:00 @ the Cayucos Library
The next Public Safety Meeting of the Cayucos Citizens Advisory Council (CCAC) is scheduled for Wednesday, August 5th from 4-5:00pm in the Cayucos Library. Discussion will focus on enforcement of illegal fireworks during the year (not July 4th), illegal overnight parking in the 24th Street parking lot, and other enforcement issues that you can bring forth. Sheriff Hank Abbas will be present to help us.
CCAC Public Safety Committee Meeting - Tuesday July 14 @11:00 am
The CCAC Public Safety Committee is meeting with the County Public Works and Transportation Division on Tuesday, July 14 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. We'll first meet at the Sea Shanty at Ocean and Third to talk about that busy intersection. We'll also cover crosswalks on Pacific, ADA parking across from Mosey's on Front, and anything else, time permitting. Please invite anyone else who is interested.
